For its outsourcing services, CBS applies a standard and time-tested Offshore Engagement Model. It offers our strong software development experience, project management knowledge, CBS competence, seamless communication and a shared responsibility. The model is variable with regard to customer's CBS, confidentiality or security issues, requirements dynamics and some other factors.
